News: Yardley Borough Selects PC&S for Afton Avenue Streetscape Improvements

 Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. (PC&S), a full-service engineering firm headquartered in Newtown, Bucks County, PA, was recently selected for the Yardley Borough Afton Avenue Streetscape Improvement project.
The approximately $1.4M state and federally funded streetscape project has been in the works for the past four years. With tight time constraints on the project, PC&S has been brought on board to take the project to completion.
The project, which aims to improve the connection between portions of Yardley Borough, will include new curbs and sidewalks, gravel paths, ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, new landscaping and stormwater improvements at Lake Afton.
