News: PC&S is Pleased to Announce the Promotion of Mark Havers to Manager of Site Development

 Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. (PC&S) is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Mark Havers, P.E. to Manager of Site Development.
Mark, who joined Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. in 2002, previously served as the Director of Site Engineering utilizing his vast experience as a design engineer. Mark, who was elected to the PCS Board of Directors earlier this year, has successfully managed multi-faceted, multi-consultant site design projects. His technical expertise extends to coordinating team efforts, project design, staff management and construction administration. In his new role, Mark will assume the day-to-day responsibilities of the management and oversight of the site development division.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, and he also received a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Contracting from the Pennsylvania State University. Mark is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. He is an active member in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).
