News: PCS Selected for Babe Ruth Baseball Complex Revitalization Project

At a meeting held on July 7th 2009, Tullytown Borough selected Pickering, Corts, & Summerson, Inc. (PCS) to lead their Babe Ruth Baseball Complex Revitalization Project.

The Borough wants to revitalize a four (4) + acre complex located behind the Levittown Shopping Center. Over the years, there were various amenities added and removed, but the complex is now in need of rehabilitation. Currently, only the existing baseball field and some fencing remain.

PCS, a full-service Engineering Firm headquartered in Newtown, Bucks County, will provide land surveying, planning, and design services for the baseball complex. The project will generally include a boundary and topographic survey, a relocation and reorientation of the field, providing specifications for new fencing, pedestrian access, grading and stormwater improvements as necessary. There may be an opportunity to add a small tot lot to the complex as well. This complex will also include access to the Macintosh Regency Senior Citizen Apartments located across the street.
