 On Wednesday, February 3rd, Pickering Corts & Summerson, Inc. (PCS) was appointed Municipal Engineer for the Borough of Newtown, located in Lower Bucks County, PA.
As Municipal Engineer, PCS will provide the Borough with municipal engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, stormwater management, construction inspection, and various traffic and transportation services. Our record of providing comprehensive municipal engineering services for over half a century continues with this opportunity.
Maryellen Saylor, P.E., who has over 15 years of experience as a design engineer and project manager, will serve as the Borough’s Municipal Engineer. Ms. Saylor has extensive experience with the review of land development projects, with infrastructure bid contract projects, and working with local communities through attendance at Borough public meetings.
