News: Pickering Corts & Summerson, Inc. Hires Tanya Swartz as a Human Resource/ Accounting Generalist.

Pickering Corts & Summerson, Inc. (PCS), one of the region’s leading engineering firms headquartered in Newtown PA, is pleased to welcome Tanya Swartz as a Human Resource/ Accounting Generalist.

Tanya is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is currently seeking her Masters of Business Administration degree at Strayer University.

“Given the ever increasing compliances of the Human Resource world and Tanya’s accounting background, I feel she will be a valuable asset to PCS with handling our employees concerns,” said Paul Gouza, Director of Operations. “The addition of Tanya will solidify the needs of our administrative department”.

Tanya brings over nine (9) years of human resource experience including employee relations, recruitment and retention, benefits administration, conflict resolution, legal compliance, and payroll administration.

Tanya is very enthusiastic about her position with human resources and will also be assisting the accounting and administrative departments as needed.

Tanya currently resides in Levittown, PA.
