News: PCS Selected for Holiday Inn Express Project

Pickering Corts & Summerson, Inc., (PCS) one of the region’s leading engineering firms, was recently selected by E&R Properties of Philadelphia,
PA, to provide site design and land development services for the commercial development of a Holiday Inn Express in Bensalem, Bucks County, PA.

PCS will be providing Concept Plans, Zoning, Land Development, Permitting, Highway Occupancy plans and Surveying Services for the design of the 4-5 story hotel that will be located on the Route 1 near the Street Road Interchange in Bensalem, PA.

The design and permitting of this project is scheduled to commence in Spring 2010 with construction anticipated in late 2010 or early 2011.
