News: PCS Hires Alyssa L. Burke as an Engineer in Training

Pickering Corts & Summerson, Inc. (PCS), one of the region’s leading engineering firms headquartered in Newtown, PA, is pleased to welcome back Alyssa Burke as an Engineer in Training for our Bridge Inspection Department.

Alyssa is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. She was an intern with PCS during the summer of 2009 and worked with both our Transportation Design and Inspection groups. As an intern, Alyssa was involved assisting with the inspection of Philadelphia County Bridges, Pontis CoRe Element Inventory coding, and ratings for the District 5-0 State bridge inspection contract.

Alyssa is very enthusiastic about her position within the company and is looking forward to growth and success for years ahead.
