News: PCS Wins Design-Build Construction Project in District 6-0

Pickering Corts & Summerson, Inc., (PCS) one of the region’s leading engineering firms headquartered in Newtown, PA, is proud to announce the recent award of a Design/Build contract with PennDOT District 6-0.

PCS will provide design services to James D. Morrissey (JDM) for design & plans for sound walls under the larger County Line Road Reconstruction contract. The project is in District 6-0 on SR 2038 (County Line Road) in New Britain Township, Bucks County, PA.

The work involves final plan preparation, design calculations, and shop drawing review for the structures. The design portion includes 3 separate walls totaling approximately 3900 feet in length.

The final design, permitting and construction consultation of this project is scheduled to commence in late September/early October.
