Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. performed routine biennial inspection and ratings of 29 On-System and 28 Off-System County-Owned Bridges during the four 2-year inspection cycles of this project, 1999-2006. Fifty-two of the structures are located over a waterway. The remaining 5 structures spanned railroads, either exclusively or in combination with a waterway or roadway.

Services included field inspection, underwater inspections, traffic control, railroad coordination, ultrasonic testing of pins, SI&A and PONTIS coding, bridge ratings, inspection reports, and repair recommendations.
