This second stage of the I-80/I-380 interchange project includes the reconstruction of the full-depth concrete pavement along 1.1 miles of SR 0080 WB and 0.7 miles of SR 0380 NB in Monroe County. This stage of the interchange project includes two important changes: a NPDES Permit is required and lane closures are restricted on a number of holidays and regional events. All construction requiring long-term lane closures must be completed no later than October 6, 2006, which provides a 7-month construction schedule. Construction will be interrupted for four (4) holidays and two (2) Pocono Raceway events.
