PC&S recently completed bridge inspection services in accordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) for PennDOT Engineering District 6-0. The routine field inspections and report preparation were performed for 416 State-owned bridges throughout the Bucks County area.

The PC&S inspection teams are highly experienced in a variety of larger, more complex structures and are familiar with many of the bridges in Bucks County, having conducted inspections for the District for more than 6 years.

Our Bridge Inspection Staff provided detailed inspections for all of the state-owned bridges throughout Bucks County, PA. Many historic timber truss covered bridges and masonry arch bridges were inspected. PC&S Inspectors assisted PennDOT during the recent flooding of River Road (Route 32) along the Delaware River. Our Inspection teams, consisting of certified bridge inspectors who are also commercial divers, performed emergency inspections of scour critical bridges along the heavily traveled corridor through Bucks County
