Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. (PCS) recently assisted a homeowner in Middletown Township, Bucks County by conducting a pool permit survey of the property, which is required by municipalities before having an in-ground pool constructed.

This project was unique in that the usual pool permit plan was more complex than PCS had originally anticipated. There were two easements crossing through one another on the estate that called for additional grading of the property and a creative design to place the pool in the limited space that was available.
