This agreement included 21 work orders for surveying and base plan preparation for topographic, hydrographic, bridge, and wetlands location surveys. We established the legal right of way lines, and performed photogrammetric and GPS surveys for the state of Delaware on an on-going basis under an Open-End Agreements.
