Projects: PennDOT Open-End Agreement

Client:    Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
Location:    District 6-0
Services:    Land Surveying

We have fulfilled all the requirements of various Open-End Agreements with PennDOT. The work orders required right-of-way, roadway, bridge, topographic and boundary surveys, along with deed research and plan development.

Other work for PennDOT has included base mapping of approximately 2 miles of interstate highway I-95, near the Betsy Ross Bridge interchange, including establishing right-of-way and property lines, setting aerial control targets utilizing GPS, locating utilities, and under-bridge surveys. We have also performed the fields surveys necessary for development of construction plans for the conversion of a partial interchange at I-95 and SR 0413 to a full interchange. Topcon Total Stations were used to establish controls utilizing traverse methods from nearby control monuments. Full roadway cross sections along with wetlands locations, right-of-way surveys, and utility locations were required.
