Services: Geographical Information Systems (GIS)

Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. creates customized Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for our clients. We maintain a full-time GIS staff experienced in the use of a variety of GIS software applications.

GIS combines a variety of data resources compiled for the Municipality and can include any of the following information:
  • Township parcel map
  • Zoning classification
  • Land use code
  • Development name and lot number
  • Tax map parcel number, size and transfer date
  • Names, addresses and telephone numbers of property ownership
  • Deed book and page, and sale price
The GIS database can be linked to a variety of data to produce detailed mapping. From increments as small as an individual parcel up to the entire Municipality, our maps provide easy reference/analysis for officials. Data sets, providing specific, detailed information, can be selected and reproduced in a variety of combinations to satisfy the Municipality’s specific needs.
