Design-Build Partnerships accelerate project schedules and increase efficiency by allowing designers and builders to collaborate on projects from concept through completion. To maximize these benefits, we seek to develop truly collaborative partnerships with our contactor partners – featuring continuous coordination and accurate and timely designs as hallmarks of our approach. The combination of these principles, along with the experience of our staff and use of the latest design technologies, has resulted in the successful completion of several major design build projects.
PC&S also provides Design-Build management services to facility owners. We provide the knowledge and services to assure that design-build bid packages contain conceptual plans and specifications which correctly and adequately portray the intended solutions that are both permittable and constructible. Such diligence minimizes contractor uncertainty and ultimately assures the most cost-effective approach by the low-bidder. We continue to protect the interests of the owner through the timely review of design-build contractor deliverables and overall program management.
