PCS was selected by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for an open-end 5 year agreement to provide bridge design, analysis, and NBIS inspections for bridges located in state parks and state forest land throughout the commonwealth.
Projects will be assigned on an as-needed basis to ensure proper and safe operation of Department infrastructure and facilities. John Ziemblicki, P.E. will serve as the PCS Project Manager.
