With great pleasure, PCS would like to announce that Paul Klemunes, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President at Pickering Corts & Summerson. Paul joined us in 2017 and has over 27 years of experience in bridge inspection, load rating analysis, and structural design. He manages our Camp Hill, PA office and oversees our design and inspection projects in PennDOT Districts 1‐0, 2‐0, 3‐0, and 8‐0. Paul graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1996. He is a licensed engineer in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, New York, Virginia, and West Virginia.
