PCS Projects — PCS Wins Three PennDOT Projects

PCS is proud to announce that our team was recently awarded three separate PennDOT projects.

The first project (E05246) is for statewide bridge safety inspections for the PennDOT Bureau of Maintenance & Operations. This project will consist of various inspections of state-owned bridges for a period of five years. The bridge inspections will involve collecting and analyzing data, assessing impacts, providing remediation recommendations, and preparing engineering reports for the Department. James S. White, Jr. will serve as Project Manager, Paul Klemunes, P.E. will serve as Deputy Project Manager, and Aaron S. Detwiler, P.E. will serve as Load Rating Analysis Manager.

The second project (E05130) awarded is for an open-end agreement with PennDOT District 4 for engineering, environmental, and review services. This project will be for a period of five years, and PCS will serve as a subconsultant to Larson Design Group. John P. Ziemblicki, P.E. will serve as the PCS team Project Manager.

The last project (E05271) awarded is for the replacement of eight box culverts in Lehigh and Northampton Counties for PennDOT District 5. PCS and our subconsultants will perform environmental studies, obtain regulatory agency permits, and prepare the roadway, traffic control, E&S, and structure design plans. John P. Ziemblicki, P.E. will serve as Project Manager, Richard H. Stanger, P.E. will serve as Quality Assurance Manager, Jenna C. Herbst, P.E. will serve as Lead Structural Engineer, Archibald M. Allan, P.E. will serve as Lead Highway Engineer, and Mark K. Monkoski, P.E. will serve as Lead Traffic Engineer.
