Congratulations to Aaron Detwiler, P.E. and Mark Havers, P.E. who were both promoted to the position of Vice President at Pickering, Corts & Summerson effective January 1, 2022. Aaron and Mark were elected to these positions by the Board of Directors at PCS.
Aaron Detwiler, P.E. has over 14 years of bridge design, rehabilitation, and inspection experience with PCS. He has inspected well over 2,000 structures for PennDOT, NJDOT, USFS, DCNR and various Local Owners including the In-Depth inspections and Load Ratings of some of the region’s most complex structures. As a project manager, he has overseen various projects for PennDOT, NJDOT, and the USFS consisting of Bridge Inspection (Routine/In-Depth), Load Rating, Emergency Repair, and Rehabilitation/Replacement. Aaron has managed PCS’s Phillipsburg, NJ office since 2013.
Mark Havers, P.E. is the Manger of Site Development at PCS and has over 25 years of experience with residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC. He is a licensed professional engineer in PA, MD, NJ & WVA and has been a member of the PCS Board of Directors for over 10 years.
