PCS is proud to announce that our team was recently awarded a statewide underwater bridge inspection project with the PennDOT Bureau of Maintenance & Operations. The project (E05139) will consist of various inspections of state and local bridges for a period of five years. The bridge inspections will involve collecting and analyzing data, assessing impacts, providing remediation recommendations, and preparing engineering reports for the Department. This is our 13th consecutive statewide underwater bridge inspection contract with PennDOT dating back to 1987.
James S. White, Jr. will serve as Project Manager, Christopher W. Wells will serve as Deputy Project Manager and Dive Supervisor, and John C. Wilhelm, P.E. will serve as Quality Assurance Manager. Josh Kalata, Brian Nafe, Archie Allan, P.E., Dave Shipton, Dominic Stabilito, Steven Edwards, and Bill Barna, P.E. will serve as divers.
