Mill Street Wharf – 5 Condominiums, 5 Townhouses, and Restaurant – Bristol Borough, Bucks County, PA JVS Properties

The riverfront property at the corner of Mill Street and Radcliffe Street in Bristol Borough was a 2 phase infill redevelopment in the heart of the Borough.  The multi-use project consists of commercial space on the first floor with seven luxury residential condominiums above and five luxury townhouses fronting on the Delaware River.

PCS provided complete land development services to JVS for the redevelopment which including initial sketch plans, zoning variances, grading, utility, erosion and sediment control and stormwater design and permitting.   The project is immediately adjacent to land owned by the Borough and the Mill Street parking lot.  The design included new walkways interconnecting Mill Street with the parking lot and river with accessibility upgrades and improvements.
