SR 0080, Section 10S (Design-Build) Monroe County, PennDOT District 5-0

This stage of the I-80/I-380 interchange project involved full depth concrete pavement reconstruction and safety improvements along 1.1 miles of SR 0080 and 0.7 miles of SR 0380 in Monroe County. For this design/build project, PCS partnered with James D. Morrissey to provide the highway, traffic control, drainage, right-of-way, and erosion and sediment control plans. PCS obtained the NPDES permit, prepared and obtained approval for all PennDOT design submissions, provided construction consultation, and reviewed shop drawings.
