Retaining Wall and Noise Barrier Inspections, New Jersey Turnpike Authority

PCS performed the initial inspection of 252 retaining walls and 33 noise barriers for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. Our findings were used to develop rehabilitation and maintenance contracts that optimized available Maintenance Reserve and Construction Funds for improvements.
