St. Joseph Court – 62 Carriage Homes and 14 Manor Homes, Falls Township, Bucks County, PA – McGrath Homes

St. Joseph Court by McGrath Homes is an elegant community consisting of 62 carriage homes and 14 manor homes. The proposed 55+ community is located on New Falls Road and developed on 18 acres of the former St. Joseph the Worker property, which consisted of a church and school buildings that were closed in 2015. PCS provided full land development design services including sketch plan, rezoning, zoning variances, grading, utilities and stormwater design and permitting, NPDES, General Permits, Act 537 Sewage Facilities and PennDOT (HOP) Highway Occupancy Permits. The design includes off-site utility main extensions, removals of existing waterway obstructions floodplain remapping and extensive frontage improvements.
